Resume help
What is the difference between importing and uploading a resume?
Text import reads a PDF or DOCX on your device and offers extracted text for review before replacing the editor. Private file upload stores the original document in your account. Neither action starts AI processing or sends an application.
My imported text is missing or out of order.
Columns, tables, images and unusual fonts can affect extraction. Compare the text with the original, correct it in the editor, or paste it manually. Scanned images need OCR. Import accepts files up to 10 MB; PDFs are limited to twelve pages, and extracted text to 50,000 characters.
Why do I need to review facts before exporting?
Your resume should reflect information you have checked. Review names, dates, contact details and qualifications before saving. Saved PDF versions keep their original facts even when your profile changes; select the intended version for each draft.
Why is the AI button unavailable?
Paid AI processing is disabled while provider configuration, spending limits and live quality checks are pending. Manual facts, evidence ordering and PDF exports remain available. When AI is enabled, sending resume text will require your explicit consent.
Application help
Does saving or reviewing a draft send it?
No. Saving stores preparation. A review record refers to particular saved contents, expires after 24 hours, and is invalidated by draft edits. It does not authorize or begin delivery. Automatic submission is not enabled.
Why does the draft check show missing items?
The check compares saved preparation with current employer questions. Missing answers, unreviewed edits, changed choices, unsupported fields and required documents can block readiness. A reviewed generated PDF can cover Greenhouse’s standard resume attachment slot. Cover letters and custom uploads need separate handling.
Is a matching score a prediction that I will get hired?
No. Current discovery relevance uses saved title and skill wording. It highlights evidence and possible conflicts; missing salary or location information remains an uncertainty. Always review the employer’s current posting.
Why does my tracker stage differ from delivery status?
The tracker records the hiring progress you enter, such as an interview or offer. System delivery status records whether Jobilu has confirmed an application submission. Changing a tracker stage does not create a submission confirmation.
Your account and data
Your account includes a data export control, including support requests and messages. Download it when you need a copy of saved records. You can remove an uploaded resume from the private files area. Full account deletion and staffed support operations must be connected before public launch.
Support history is in your account. New requests are unavailable in this preview. When enabled, a saved message has a reference in its conversation; this does not send an email notification. If a save is uncertain, check whether that exact message was saved or retry the same request. Avoid composing a duplicate while the outcome is unknown.
Do not put passwords, payment details or government identity numbers into preparation notes, resume text or support messages. If an export or save fails, keep a local copy of your edits and check your session before retrying.
