Understand the fit before spending the effort.
A useful match should tell you why a role appears and what still needs checking. Keep exclusions and eligibility questions visible alongside relevance, rather than treating a number as a hiring prediction.
Rules-based discovery available
Explore in your accountWhat works today
Search individual Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby employer boards and compare title and skill wording with saved preferences. Save employer boards and inspect cached roles, with fresh checks when preparing a selected opportunity.
Still being connected
Daily recurring discovery, broader source coverage, full geographic eligibility and live AI matching remain unfinished. Cached roles are not a real-time inventory. Workday and Indeed discovery are planned.
A clearer way forward.
Describe the direction
Save specific target titles, verified skills, workplace and salary preferences. Add employers and terms you want excluded.
Inspect the reasons and gaps
Rules-based relevance uses title and skill wording. Missing salary, unclear workplace or work-authorization requirements still need separate evidence and review.
Check the current posting
A cached match is only a starting point. Recheck the selected role and employer questions before deciding whether it should become an application.
A few useful answers
Is the match percentage an ATS score?
No. It is explainable wording relevance, not an employer’s screening score or a prediction of an offer.
Does remote mean I am eligible anywhere?
No. Remote roles can restrict location or work authorization. Unknown workplace information must not be treated as confirmed remote eligibility.
